We offer everything you need to host a vintage inspired party with our unique collection of high quality vintage mix and match china and accessories.

Whether you are hosting a wedding, garden party, tea party, birthday party, baby or wedding shower or a corporate event we can supply you with all your vintage rental needs.

Packages available. We can accomodate for up to 100 guests, but our vintage china collection is guaranteed to add a wonderful air of whimsy & style to your special events.

We have supplied our gorgeous vintage china to hundreds of events, some of our recent corporate clients include: Temperley London, Harry Winston Inc., The Lanesborough Hotel Group, Los Angeles Design Week, Rose Tarlow Designs, Christopher Guy Designs and many other celebrity clients.

Both our china and catering are featured regularly in many local and national publications such at Women’s Wear Daily, Angeleno Magazine, Malibu Magazine, Los Angeles Times & Rachel Ashwell’s design book “Shabby Chic Sumptuous Settings.”


Terms & Conditions of Hire

Rental Period:

Rental period is for 1-3 days. Should the china be retained for a longer period without our prior agreement client will be charged at 1.5 times the standard daily rental rate.

Delivery & Pick Up:

Delivery & pick up to the following service areas: Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Hollywood, Santa Monica, West LA, Encino, Sherman Oaks. Delivery charge is $1.75 per mile, each way.

Delivery & pick up times to be arranged at time of booking.

Client pick-up / drop-off is also available at no extra charge to clients at our Beverly Hills location.

Set-up & pull down service is available – extra charge to be contracted during initial booking of service.

Delivery & collection charges are based upon delivery/collection to and from the ground floor only. No Stairs. Client must confirm that there is parking and direct access to rental location.

 

Condition of Rental Equipment:

Client is responsible for all the rental items from the time they are delivered by us to client’s location or collected by client from our Beverly Hills location and ends when they are collected by us or delivered back to us by the client.

Client is responsible for safekeeping and protection of the rentals at all times during the hire period.

Due to the age & fragile nature of some of the crockery, it is to be understood that some items are more prone to damage than commercial-use catering china. We request that extra care be taken when handling, unpacking, rinsing & re-packing of rentals.

Return of rentals: china must be carefully rinsed, dried and re-packed in original containers with original packing material.

Missing or Broken China Replacement Cost:

Rentals are delivered to client in perfect condition. Any breakages, damages or loss of rental equipment will be billed at replacement cost as follows.

Full Payment Required at Booking:

Payment method – We accept all major credit cards, no checks.

Extra Refundable Breakage Deposit Required:

A refundable breakage deposit is required at time of initial booking. Lost or broken items will be charged to the credit card on file. You will be notified before we charge your card for the replacement value of said items

Cancellations:

Cancellation within 5 working days of your reserved rental date will incur 50% payment of your original rental amount.

Final rental total is required 7 working days prior to your event. After this date we cannot accept a decrease in rental  numbers. However we will do our best to accommodate an increase if notified within 48 hours of your event.
